We offer two premium shipping services:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx with 10-15 business day delivery, full tracking, and signature confirmation
• Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS with 15-25 business day delivery and tracking

Note: Delivery times begin after the 1-2 business day processing period.

For large items like sectionals and sofabeds, our carriers will contact you to schedule delivery. They’ll bring items to your room of choice and remove packaging materials (assembly not included). Smaller items may be left at your door if no signature is required.

Due to complex customs regulations in certain regions, we temporarily restrict shipments to some Asian destinations. We’re continuously expanding our delivery network and encourage you to check back for updates or email us about your specific location.

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Customer care will guide you through the simple process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing depends on your payment provider, with credit card refunds typically appearing within 1-2 billing cycles.
