Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium furniture purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to return or exchange your purchase.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Made-to-order Chesterfield collections
  • Custom fabric selections for sofas and armchairs
  • Personalized furniture pieces
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our design team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
  3. Prepare Your Item: Carefully repackage the furniture in its original packaging with all protective materials and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the item via a trackable shipping method to:

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item you wish to receive
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You will receive the full item price minus original shipping costs

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium furniture arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you
